To register and maintain an account on gc77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gc77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the gc77 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

gc77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of gc77 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active gc77 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gc77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

gc77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. gc77 may also request re-verification at any time if account activity warrants additional due diligence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gc77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

gc77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from gc77 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify gc77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. gc77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until gc77 is formally notified of a security breach.

gc77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. gc77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. gc77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. gc77 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.

gc77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

gc77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise specified.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
• gc77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded game types may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.

All bets placed on gc77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. gc77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• gc77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity affecting the integrity of the event.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by game, event, and player account status. gc77 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gc77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gc77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your gc77 account.

All content on the gc77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of gc77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gc77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gc77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

gc77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gc77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, gc77's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall gc77's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gc77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

gc77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, gc77 may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gc77 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting gc77's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
